Released in December 1993. The “intro” from the original recording is placed after the blank space at the end of the record. The infamous “outro” is again omitted, and has still not been re-released. Comes with an 8 page booklet in normal paper. Later editions were slightly altered; some with glossy paper, transparent tray, and print on traycard.
