Released in September 1990, with the “theatre” cover. Early pressings have an 8 page booklet and silver disc with blue print. Later pressings, containing the same disc, have a 12 page altered booklet. The disc of these pressings were later altered twice: Firstly with a silver disc with the “violin players” black & white picture. Secondly with the “theatre” full colour picture. Furthermore the artwork was slightly altered; some with glossy paper, transparent tray and print on traycard.
