Released in February 1996. Comes with both “Mr. Doctor” cover and “Death Triumphant” cover, a 20 page booklet in normal paper, and a gold disc lasting 45 minutes. Later editions maintain the same layout, but have extra music added. These versions last 72 minutes. Later on the layout was slightly altered, now with picture disc and glossy booklet.
